1. Program Overview
The AI Studios Creator Promotion (the “Program”) is operated by DeepBrain AI, Inc. (“DeepBrain AI”) to recognize and reward content creators who publish original, public-facing videos created using AI Studios. The Program offers both non-monetary rewards (such as free AI Studios Personal Plan access) and tiered cash bonuses based on the viewership performance of submitted content.
Participation in this Program is entirely voluntary and subject to the terms set forth below. By submitting content, you (“Creator”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including DeepBrain AI’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Minimum Audience Requirement
Accounts must be public, accessible for review, and in good standing (i.e., not suspended, restricted, or under investigation by the platform).
2.3 Jurisdictional Considerations

3. Free AI Studios Personal Plan Access
3.1 Plan Access for Verified Creators
Upon approval into the Program, verified creators will receive one month of complimentary access to the AI Studios Personal Plan (including watermark branding). This plan provides access to core creation features and allows content to be shared publicly.
3.2 Renewal Conditions
To continue receiving monthly free access, creators must:
- Upload at least three (3) new eligible videos each month that meet the content standards outlined in Section 4.
- Maintain active and consistent participation throughout the month.
- Submit those videos within the same calendar month for renewal eligibility.
Failure to meet the minimum upload threshold may result in loss of complimentary access in the following month, though creators may requalify in the future.
4. Video Submission Guidelines
4.1 General Requirements
To qualify for the program, each submitted video must:
- Be created using AI Studios (web or mobile)
- Include the AI Studios watermark or logo, as automatically applied by the platform

4.2 What Counts as Original Content
Videos may include a wide range of creative assets, as long as the creator has the legal right to use them. Acceptable content includes:
- Real footage recorded by the creator
- AI-generated visuals, images, or videos created by the creator using AI Studios tools
- Custom AI avatars or voice clones generated within AI Studios, provided the creator:
- Personally owns the rights to the likeness, voice, or identity used, or
- Has clear, documented consent from the individual being represented - Uploaded content (e.g., images, audio, or video) as long as the creator owns the rights or has obtained proper licensing or permission to use it
- Stock assets made available directly through AI Studios, including:
- Music, sound effects, images, and video clips sourced from integrated libraries like Pixabay and Shutterstock
- Built-in AI voices provided within the AI Studios platform
- Default avatars and character presets available for creator use
Creators are encouraged to make full use of the tools, voices, avatars, and assets provided in AI Studios. However, submissions must show clear creative input, such as original scripting, scene design, or layout adjustments. Videos that consist solely of unedited templates or default content without any meaningful customization will not be accepted.
4.3 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are ineligible and may result in rejection or disqualification:
- Reposts or reused content not originally created by the submitting user
- Duplicate or re-uploaded versions of the same video on the same platform
- Videos that remove, obscure, or manually edit the AI Studios watermark
- Content that uses unauthorized voice clones, avatars, or likenesses
- Deepfake content impersonating real people (public figures, private individuals, or minors) without consent
- Compilations that include third-party audio or video without proper rights
- Videos containing hate speech, nudity, harassment, misinformation, or politically sensitive or unsafe material
- Submissions made more than 60 days after the video’s publish date
DeepBrain AI reserves the right to reject, disqualify, or retroactively remove any submission that violates these standards, even if it was previously approved.
4.4 Legal Responsibility
Creators are fully responsible for securing all necessary rights to the media assets used in their submissions. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Voice models and likenesses
- External media
- AI-generated characters or voices
- Any third-party content used in editing
DeepBrain AI reserves the right to request proof of ownership or consent at any time. If such proof cannot be provided, the submission may be disqualified.
DeepBrain AI is not liable for any legal disputes, copyright claims, takedowns, platform enforcement actions, or financial penalties resulting from a creator’s content. All responsibility for compliance and consequences lies with the creator.
5. Usage Rights & Licensing
By submitting a video through this Program, you grant DeepBrain AI:
- A non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, publish, repurpose, and repost the submitted content
- The right to feature your video in paid advertisements, websites, product pages, app listings, event presentations, investor materials, and social media campaigns
- The ability to attribute your username or handle when reposting your content, though this is not required
This license does not require additional approval or compensation. Creators retain ownership of their original work but waive any claims to further compensation, licensing fees, or takedown rights related to usage within the scope described above.
6. Submission Limits and View Tracking
6.1 Monthly Submission Cap
- DeepBrain AI will only approve and reward the first 100 valid video submissions per calendar month across all creators. The limit resets on the first day of each month.
- Each creator can submit up to 3 videos published within the same calendar month to be eligible for rewards. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
- Once the cap is reached, new submissions will be held for review in the next eligible period or declined without penalty.
6.2 One Reward Per Video Per Platform
- A single video posted on multiple platforms can be submitted separately for each version.
- However, only one bonus is awarded per platform per video.
- Multiple uploads of the same video to the same platform (even under different accounts) will not receive multiple rewards.
- Re-edited versions with minor changes will still be considered duplicate if the core content is identical.
6.3 Per-Video, Per-Platform Tracking
- View counts are tracked independently for each video on each platform.
- Views from different platforms will not be combined or averaged.
- Submissions are locked at the time of entry. The view count for that specific video on that specific platform is the only metric used for reward eligibility.
6.4 60-Day Tracking Window
- DeepBrain AI will begin tracking views from the day a video is first published publicly.
- Only views accumulated within the 60-day window will count.
- Private, hidden, or deleted videos during the tracking period will be automatically disqualified.
7. Reward Tiers & Payment Limits
Tiers are not cumulative. Only the highest tier reached per video is paid. The maximum reward per video is capped at $500, regardless of views beyond the 10,000 threshold. Videos are only tracked for 60 days after the publish date. Any views after that window will not be counted toward rewards.
However, if the same video is submitted on multiple platforms and meets the view threshold independently on each, it can earn up to $500 per platform (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), for a potential combined total of $1,500. Each creator can earn a maximum of $1,500 per month in cash rewards.

- All local, national, or international tax obligations related to payouts are the sole responsibility of the creator.
- DeepBrain AI does not provide tax documentation unless legally required.
8.5 Creator Information Updates
- If the creator needs to update their PayPal email address, contact information, or any other details relevant to payment or account identification, they must notify DeepBrain AI in writing.
- Changes will only be recognized once confirmed by DeepBrain AI. Failure to provide timely written notice may result in delayed or misdirected payments, for which DeepBrain AI is not responsible.
- Regardless of any updates, all video submissions must come from the same social media account originally registered and approved through the Creator Submission Form, unless prior written approval is granted by DeepBrain AI.
9. Disqualification and Enforcement
Creators may be removed from the Program and forfeit any unpaid rewards if they:
- Use artificial methods to inflate views, including bots, fake engagement tools, or paid traffic services
- Submit plagiarized, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible content on a repeated or intentional basis
- Violate DeepBrain AI’s Terms of Use, these Program Terms, or the content and community standards of the platforms they post on
- Attempt to manipulate view tracking by deleting, re-uploading, editing post visibility, or misleading the submission process in any way
